Provision

House and beach towels are provided. The property is all electric with both British and French power points. Electric fans provide for fresh air circulation. Electric radiators ensure that the house is snug in winter.

Beds are comfortable. Furnishings overall are to a high standard. All the equipment, crockery, etc. to prepare and serve a three course meal is in place.

Cleanliness is of a high standard and everything works.

Prices & Booking

Prices are per week, with a £75.00 deposit required to secure a reservation. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required, at the time of paying the final balance (eight weeks ahead of the holiday).

PRICE PROMISE: Prices are held at 2009 levels. No extras for linen, garage, etc. Find a cheaper offer and we will refund DOUBLE the difference*

Meters are read on arrival and departure but the first 10 euros use is free. The cost of electricity used (and any damage incurred) is then deducted from the security deposit and the balance repaid by cheque within 7 days. Costs are approximately the same as the UK. (Most guests use nowhere near 10 euros of electricity in summer).

Local route instructions are in a brochure for download. Advice on long distance routes can be provided if required.

Bread and milk await you. If requested we shall be happy to obtain an additional range of foodstuffs, etc. ahead of your arrival. An order form will automatically be sent with the confirmation invoice.
